Nickel Chrome Plated Rod

The nickel chrome plated rod uses a nickel-chromium composite coating: the nickel layer provides excellent corrosion resistance while the chromium layer adds hardness and wear resistance. Produced from CK45 / AISI 1045, AISI 4140 / 42CrMo4 and 304L / 316L stainless steel, it resists corrosive environments with neutral salt-spray (NSS) resistance exceeding 500 hours. Built to ISO 6020/2, it works reliably long term in marine, offshore and agricultural hydraulic cylinders and other demanding systems.
